This research explores the significant role of psycholinguistics in the context of Arabic language learning, focusing on cognitive analysis and socio-cultural influences. Cognitive analysis reveals that an individual's ability to comprehend and use Arabic is influenced by cognitive factors such as memory, information processing, and learning strategies. Meanwhile, socio-cultural influences affect motivation, learning strategies, and communicative competence in Arabic. These findings underscore the importance of a holistic approach to Arabic language learning, which considers cognitive and socio-cultural aspects. The theoretical implications include advancements in psycholinguistic theories and cross-cultural communication, while the practical implications encompass the development of more effective learning methods and curricula oriented towards holistic Arabic language competency development. Recommendations for further research include longitudinal and comparative studies to deepen understanding of the interaction between cognitive and socio-cultural factors in Arabic language learning.
